Great communication in order to make the appointment. They were on time for the scheduled appointment. Very professional and a pleasure to meet. Heather & Christopher were very patient when first meeting my Schatzi. And they did a fantastic job with giving Schatzi a wonderful spa experience. I immediately booked our next appointment.
